COLLITON CONSULTANCY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office for Colliton Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited is located at 265 / 6 in the Shastri Nagar Colony here in Kanpur. It’s a local neighborhood office, the kind of place where you know the guy selling tea on the corner. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a pretty tight-knit operation. The building itself is just a regular structure in the colony. We have a few desks, some bookshelves that are probably a bit too full, and a lot of cords running along the floor. Shastri Nagar is a decent place to be based. It’s central enough that getting around Kanpur isn't too difficult, but it still feels like a residential community. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor of executives. It’s just us doing the work that comes in. Some days are busier than others, with people coming in and out, while other days are just quiet hours of staring at spreadsheets or typing. We don’t put on an act for anyone. If you walked in, you’d just see a few people working hard and maybe some papers scattered around. It’s a very human way to run a business. We like the fact that we’re in a colony rather than a sterile business park. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more grounded and real for everyone involved.
