CHAUBEPUR LAND DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based at Chaubepur along the GT Road, right with Prem Narain Trivedi and the family. It’s a local operation through and through. Chaubepur Land Developer Private Limited started out because we knew the area and saw how the land was changing. We spend a lot of our time walking through fields or standing by the side of the GT Road talking to neighbors. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some chairs where people can sit and talk about property. Prem Narain keeps track of everything, and we just follow along. It’s a slow process sometimes, dealing with land, because there are always papers to sign and people to meet at the government offices. We don't use big words or pretend to be more than we are. We are just local people who know this stretch of road very well. The noise from the highway is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We have tea with almost everyone who comes by. It’s how business gets done around here, with a lot of talk and a bit of patience. We’ve seen the land go from just farms to plots where houses are starting to pop up. We just try to make sure things are handled properly without any shortcuts. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until sunset every single day of the week.
