Our place is right on the G.T. Road in Kanpur, at 109/363. If you’ve ever been on this road, you know how loud and dusty it gets with all the trucks passing by. But it’s a great spot for us because it makes it easy for people to stop in. We deal with cattle nutriment, which basically means we spend our time thinking about what animals should be eating to stay healthy. It isn't just about selling bags of feed. We talk to a lot of farmers who are worried about their livestock. Kanpur is a big hub for this kind of thing, so we are right in the middle of the action. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of samples lying around. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a delivery schedule or checking the quality of a new batch of feed. Sometimes the supply chain gets messed up and we have to stay late to sort it out. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just know that if the cattle don't eat well, the farmers suffer, and we don't want that. It’s a tough business with small margins, but we’ve been here long enough to know the ropes. We just try to be honest with people and give them something that actually works for their animals.
