Brahmavarta Business Ventures Private Limited is located on the second floor of Ratan Presidency 2, which is at 4/276, A-1, Parwati Bagla Road in Kanpur. We are in Flat Number 203. Parwati Bagla Road is a pretty well-known stretch in Kanpur, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. The building is one of those nicer residential-cum-commercial structures. Being on the second floor means we are away from the street noise but still close enough to the ground to skip the lift if it’s busy. The office itself is just a regular apartment space that we’ve turned into a workplace. We have a few desks set up in what would have been the living room. It’s comfortable and has a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer over a cold office unit. We’ve been here for a bit, and it works out well for our ventures. Kanpur can be a very busy and dusty city, but once you’re inside Ratan Presidency, it feels a lot calmer. We keep the balcony door open sometimes when the weather is nice to get some fresh air. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just sit down, do our work, and maybe have some snacks from the local shops downstairs. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes.
