So, Bhagyalaxmi Buildcon Private Limited is basically just us working out of Keshav Nagar in the Rasulabad Dehat area. Niraj Prajapati is the one who handles the main things here. We started this because we saw a lot of people needing help with building work around this part of town. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the guys who do the actual labor on the sites. Most days are pretty much the same. We get in early, check on what supplies are coming in, and see which projects are moving along. The roads in Rasulabad can be a bit of a mess during the rains, so that usually slows us down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant or anything like that. We just want to get the work done right so the structures stay up and people are happy with what they paid for. Sometimes we spend more time arguing with suppliers about the price of sand or bricks than we do actually building, but that is just how the business goes here. If you come by Keshav Nagar, you might see us around. We usually have some tea outside the office around four in the afternoon. It’s a simple operation, really, and we try to keep it honest without too much fuss or complicated paperwork.
