We have been operating from this spot for a while, and we are used to the chaos. Our building is a bit older, so it requires a lot of looking after. We don't have a team of PR people to write about us. It’s just me and the staff making sure the rooms are clean and the guests are looked after. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because in an old area like Harbans Mohal, something is always needing a bit of repair. We don't use corporate language or talk about being leaders. We are just a local business trying to provide a place for people to stay in 208001. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks on the street. It’s a very grounded way of living and working. Some days it is exhausting with the heat and the crowd, but we just keep the doors open and do our best. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place, and we are fine with that. It is just how things are done on Mall Road in our city.
