Our office is right there in the middle of it. We are a small team doing development work. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties. Most of the time, we’re just in our regular clothes, sitting around a big table covered in maps and site surveys. Kanpur can be a tough place to work sometimes with the heat and the crowds, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a bit of everything when it comes to developing property. Some days we are out in the sun checking on a site, and other days we are stuck in the office trying to make sense of the latest regulations. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to finish what we started. We just take it one project at a time and try to do right by the people we work with. The office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is.
