Amar Food Product India Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-141 on Kalyanpur Road. We are quite close to the petrol pump in the Awash Vikash area. It’s a good spot for us because the road is wide enough for the delivery trucks to get in and out without too much trouble. We make various food items here. It’s more of a production unit than a shop where you walk in and buy a single item. We have machines running and people busy with packaging and sorting. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s productive. We’ve been in the Kalyanpur Road area for some time now and have seen it develop quite a bit. There’s always something happening near the petrol pump, so it’s never boring. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees. We are just a local team making sure the food products we send out are decent. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a lot of decorations. The focus is on the work in the back. Sometimes the smells from the cooking or processing drift out onto the street. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for dispatch. It’s steady work and we like being part of the Awash Vikash community. If you see the A-141 sign, that is us. We just keep things moving every day.
