We set up Almighty Infradevelopers Private Limited at Araji No 26, P No. 2 in the Mirzapur area of Kalyanpur, Kanpur. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a bit. Construction and development are what we know. It isn’t always the cleanest job, as there is always dust on the boots and grease on the machines, but we like it. The office is a practical space where we handle the boring stuff like payroll and planning so we can get back to the actual sites. Kanpur is a tough city for building because of the heat and the traffic, but we manage. We aren’t interested in those polished corporate presentations you see on TV. We’d rather show you a solid wall or a well-laid road. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been doing this forever and younger ones who are still learning the ropes. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific problem, but we always figure it out by the end of the day. The address in Mirzapur is easy enough to find if you're in the Kalyanpur area. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of rolled-up drawings. It’s a place for work, not for show. We just keep our heads down and get the jobs done as they come in without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough to know how things work in Kanpur.
