Ahn Constructions (Opc) Private Limited

Ahn Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is our small operation and we run it from the Nasbandi Colony sector. Our mailing address is C/O Ashiya Begam and we have been using this setup for a while now. It is a very basic way of doing things, but it works for us. We don’t have a big corporate building or a flashy storefront. Most of our work happens out at the sites where the construction is actually going on. When we are here, we are mostly just catching up on paperwork and checking our schedules. Being a one-person company essentially, things stay pretty direct. We don’t have to go through a bunch of managers to get something done. If there’s a problem, we just deal with it right then and there. The colony is a regular neighborhood and we like being part of it. It isn’t always quiet, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the blueprints and files, but we make it work. We don’t use any of those fancy business words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just tell people we do construction and leave it at that. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just keep pushing forward. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years and we just want to keep doing what we know.
