Adhiraaj Ashiyana Private Limited

We are Adhiraaj Ashiyana and we run our business out of House No. 22 in Ludhauri, Ramaipur, which is on the outskirts of Kanpur. It’s more of a residential spot than a commercial one, which suits us just fine. We don’t need a big office in the middle of the city to do our work. Most of our projects are nearby anyway, so being in Ludhauri makes it easy to jump on a bike and go check on things. Ashiyana means home, and that’s mostly what we deal with—building places for people to stay. The office is basically just a room in the house where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone around, even if it’s just to offer a glass of water. Kanpur is a busy place, but out here in Ramaipur, things move a bit slower. We like it that way. We aren’t trying to rush through everything just to make a quick buck. We take our time with the masonry and the finishing because we live here too and people know who we are. If we did a bad job, we’d hear about it at the market. So we just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure every house we build is something we can be okay with. It’s just us, working hard and living our lives in this little corner of Kanpur.
