We are an LLP based at 3/14 Vishnupuri in Kanpur. It’s a busy area, as most of Kanpur is, and we are right in the thick of it. We work as developers, which sounds like a big title, but it mostly means we spend our time dealing with land, bricks, and a lot of paperwork. Our office is a functional space. It’s where we store our files and meet with people to discuss projects. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. It’s just a place to get work done. We spend a lot of our time out at the sites, making sure the foundations are right and the walls are straight. Building in a city like Kanpur is always a challenge because the streets are narrow and the traffic is constant. You have to be patient. We don't use any marketing tricks or corporate language. We just talk to people plainly about what can be done and what it costs. Most of our work is through local connections. We’ve been around Vishnupuri for long enough that people know our faces. We aren't trying to be the biggest development firm in India. We just want to do solid work on the projects we have. Some days are stressful with all the regulations and delays, but we just keep at it. It’s a tough business, but we’ve made a decent life out of it here in Kanpur.
