Aayush Infrapromoters Llp is based in Kanpur, over at the Indra Dhanush Appartment in Gutiya. We are in Flat No. 1005 at 117/K/13. Working out of an apartment keeps things quiet and focused compared to a busy street-level shop. Kanpur is a crowded city, and finding good space for infrastructure work is always a challenge. We mostly work on promoting and developing local projects. The office is full of files and old site photos. We’ve got a small team that knows the Kanpur layout like the back of their hands. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of the time is spent sitting in traffic or waiting for meetings to start. We handle the groundwork and the planning that goes into getting a building project off the ground. There are always challenges with permits and logistics in an old city like this, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines and a lot of phone numbers. People usually find us through local contacts or neighbors. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just tackle them one by one until the job is finished. It’s just how we operate day in and day out without much fuss or fanfare.
