AASIAYANA SQUARE PRIVATE LIMITED is based at 88/384, (9A) in Chamanganj, Kanpur. This is a very old and crowded part of the city, which we actually like. There’s a lot of history here. We handle real estate and building projects in and around the area. Our office is right in the middle of all the bustle. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the shops, but it keeps us on our toes. We are a small group, mostly family and friends who have been in the construction trade for a long time. We don't have a polished corporate look. We’re usually in our work clothes because we’re constantly heading out to check on something. We started this company to help people find decent spaces and to build things that last. It’s not always easy, especially with how tight the spaces are in Chamanganj. You have to be creative with how you get materials in and out. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes through word of mouth. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something built or have a question about property. We just try to be fair and do a good job. It’s a simple business, really, just building and selling, and we’re happy to be doing it here in our hometown.
