If you've ever spent any time in Kanpur, you know that the Express Road area is always on the move and rarely quiet. There’s a lot of dust in the air and a constant stream of trucks and cars going by. Our building is right there in the thick of all that movement. We have a very simple setup inside the office. It’s mostly just a few desks and a lot of paper folders stacked up. Being an Llp, we keep things pretty direct between us. There aren't many layers of management or anything like that here. We just talk to each other across the room whenever something needs to be done. The Kanal Patri road can be a bit rough and bumpy, but it gets us where we need to go every day. We deal with various import and export tasks throughout the morning and afternoon. Sometimes we have to stay late when a shipment is delayed or there is some extra paperwork to finish. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular pot that we all share. Kanpur is a very industrial kind of city, and our office definitely reflects that feeling. It’s more about getting the work done than how the place looks. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind.
