We have a few chairs for visitors and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Living and working in Kanpur means you get used to the noise and the dust. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve going out to check on different locations in the city. Sadanand Nagar is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of walk-ins just asking about prices or new projects. We don't put on any acts here. If the work is behind schedule, we say so.
