Aadiker Infrastructures LLP is located at H-1/40 in Krishna Puram, right off the G.T. Road in Kanpur. Being near the main road is helpful for getting our equipment and trucks moving. We’ve been working in infrastructure for a while now. It’s a lot of hard work, mostly focused on roads and bigger structures around Kanpur. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we handle the business side of things and talk to the foreman. Most of the real work happens out on the road. Kanpur is a busy industrial city, so there’s always something that needs fixing or building. We have a small group of people who know what they are doing. We don't use fancy marketing because we’d rather let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we have to deal with heavy rain or machine breakdowns, which can be a real pain. We just fix what's broken and keep going. We aren't trying to sound like a huge corporate company because we aren't. We are just local people doing infrastructure work for the city. If you pass by Krishna Puram, you’ll see our small sign. We try to be honest with our clients and just get the job done without too much fuss. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We don't make big promises, we just show up and work until the job is finished. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
