You can find AAAR Ohana Advisory Services Private Limited over in Ashok Nagar. We are located on the first floor of the building at 111/83. It’s a pretty standard Kanpur street, and being on the first floor means we have a bit of a view of the people passing by below. The stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s a solid building. Inside, the office is laid out simply. We have a few separate areas for working, though we usually end up shouting questions across the room anyway. It’s not the kind of place with cubicles and total silence. It’s more of a living, breathing workspace. Ashok Nagar is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just stuff we’ve gathered over time that does the job. We focus on the advisory work, which keeps us pretty busy most days. There’s always someone on the phone or typing something up. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team in a first-floor office doing what we can. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. No more, no less. We like being in this part of Kanpur, it feels connected to everything else in the city.
