1MM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been operating out of the Hemant Vihar area for a bit now. Our spot is at number 37 in LIG Barra-2. If you know Kanpur, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Mostly, we spend our days looking at plans or heading out to various sites around the city. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get the work done. Some mornings are a bit slow when the traffic is bad, but usually, we’re all in by nine. There's always tea going around while we talk about the day's tasks. Being in Barra means we're close to a lot of what's happening in the south part of the city. We do a lot of the usual construction stuff. Sometimes it's a bit dusty, especially when the weather turns dry, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. Our team is just a handful of folks who know the local area well. We don't really do the big corporate speeches. Instead, we just focus on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s noisy outside sometimes because of the local market nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork and the site visits. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It feels like home to us, and we know the streets around Hemant Vihar like the back of our hands.
