Technical Yarns And Textile is based in the Lohia Industrial Complex out in Chaubepur. It’s an older complex, and we’ve been in this unit for several years. The space is filled with big spools of yarn and rows of textile machinery. It’s always humming with the sound of the motors. We don't have a fancy front office; the entrance leads right into the production area. It's often quite warm inside because of the machines. We deal with different types of threads and fabrics, mostly for other businesses to use. Our team is small, and most of us have been working with textiles for most of our lives. We don't wear uniforms or have big meetings. We just check the machines, fix the breaks in the yarn, and keep the production going. The floor is usually covered in lint, no matter how much we clean. Chaubepur is a bit away from the main city, so it’s quieter out here except for the trucks coming and going. We don't do much in the way of sales talk. If someone needs a specific type of yarn, they tell us, and we see if we can make it. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on how the thread feels rather than the look of the office. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the road conditions, but we manage to get things sorted out eventually.
