We are over here in Rasatpur, specifically at Ranjeet’s place in Rautepur. It’s a quiet enough area most days but we keep busy with the construction work. There’s always someone coming by to talk about a new wall or a shed they need built. My desk is usually covered in drawings and tea stains. We started RP SAMRIDDHI INDIA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED because people around here needed someone who actually shows up when they say they will. It gets hot out here in the afternoons, so we usually start early. The road out front is a bit bumpy, especially after the rain, but we manage. We aren’t a big fancy outfit with suits. We just wear our work clothes and get the job done. Sometimes the cement mixer acts up, or we have to wait a day for bricks to arrive, but that’s just how it goes. Most of us grew up near this part of Rasatpur, so we know the ground pretty well. We spend a lot of time on site rather than in the office. If you come looking for us at the address in Rautepur, you might find us drinking chai or checking on a shipment. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too complicated, just building stuff for folks who need it done. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk about whatever project is next on the list.
