We have been running things here at Jain Plaza for a while now. It is shop number 5, right at Rajpurchungi. We deal with travel planning and getting people where they need to go. Sometimes it gets busy and the phone won't stop ringing, but we try to keep up with everyone. Most of our day is spent looking at routes and trying to figure out the best way to get from one city to another without too much trouble. It is a small space but it works for us. People walk in from the street and ask about bus tickets or tour packages and we just look through what is available on the screen. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of maps. We know the area around Rajpurchungi pretty well since we are here every day from morning till evening. If you are looking for the shop, just look for the sign near the entrance of the plaza. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some shops close down and others open up but we are still in the same spot. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but that is just how it is. We like talking to the regulars who come by just to say hello. There is always something to do, whether it is paperwork or talking to drivers on the phone. We just keep things moving along day by day.
