Rajeshwari Food Products

Our place is located right on Harduhi Road in Unnao. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks going back and forth all day long. Rajeshwari Food Products is where we spend most of our time, usually starting before the sun is even fully up. We make different food items here, and you can usually smell whatever we’re cooking from the street. It’s a simple building, nothing too modern, but it does the job for what we need. We have a small group of workers who live nearby, and we’ve all become like a big family over the years. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people know us because they’ve seen our trucks or live in the district. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time, which can be a bit of a headache, but we just adjust the schedule and keep moving. The floor is always a bit sticky from the ingredients, but we scrub it down every evening before locking up. It’s hard work, and your back definitely feels it by Friday, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that feels good. We just want to get the products out to the shops without any fuss. It’s a basic operation, honest and straightforward, just like the people who work here in Unnao. We take things as they come and don't overthink the process.
