Oxy Mega Buildout Private Limited is located near the Rajan Memorial Premier Degree College. Our specific spot is 750, 751/1 in Mawar, Bhognipur. Being so close to the college means there are always students walking by and a bit of energy in the air. The office is right there on the main stretch, making it easy for us to keep an eye on things. We focus on buildouts and construction projects in the Bhognipur area. It is a bit of a rural setting, but that doesn't mean we aren't busy. There is always a fence that needs fixing or a small structure that needs to go up. We spend a lot of time outside, dealing with the heat and the dust that comes with the territory. The office itself is pretty plain, just some desks and a lot of samples of tiles and bricks. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People in Mawar know who we are and where to find us if they need something built. We try to be fair and just do the work as it comes. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take our time to make sure the walls are straight and the roof is tight. It is just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it is quiet enough to hear the birds.
