Our office is located at 221 L Sujat Ganj in Kanpur. It is a private company that deals with export and import stuff. Kanpur is a big place for this kind of work, and Sujat Ganj is where we ended up. The building is not very new, but it works for what we do. We have a small team here. Most of the day is spent on the phone or dealing with a lot of paperwork. There are files stacked up on almost every surface. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a regular workplace. Some of us have been working here for a long time. The street outside is usually full of trucks and people moving things around. It can get quite loud in the afternoons. We handle the shipping and the logistics for different goods. It is a lot of back and forth with suppliers and transport people. Sometimes things go wrong with the shipments, and we have to spend all day fixing it. That is just how the exim business goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the orders processed and make sure everything is legal and on time. It is honest work and we stay busy from morning till evening in this part of Kanpur.
