We are located in Ashok Nagar, which is part of Gursahaiganj in the Kannauj district of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a smaller town compared to the big cities, but we like the pace here. Our office is where we do all our engineering plans and consulting work. It’s a pretty basic building, nothing too modern, but it has enough space for our drawing boards and computers. Most of us grew up around this area or nearby, so we know the local landscape well. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and checking regulations for different projects. It's not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s important for the buildings and structures around here. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup to keep the computers running. We don't have a big team of sales people; it’s mostly just engineers and a couple of assistants. People from the town often stop by to ask for help with their own small building projects. We try to be helpful whenever we can. There’s a lot of dust because of the nearby roads, so we are always cleaning the desks. We just do our work, drink our tea, and go home to our families. It’s a quiet existence but we are proud of the stuff we help design and consult on. We just keep things moving at a steady pace every day. It's how we've always operated and it seems to work out for us in the end.
