Our business, Barhamcharni Developers Private Limited, is run out of a spot on Auriya Road. If you are looking for us, we are located at the house of Smt. Manjoo Shukla and Satendra Kumar Shukla in Akbarpur. It is a quiet enough part of Kanpur Dehat, but things are always moving on the main road. Being in a place like Akbarpur means we know most of the people around here, and they know us. We are not some big company from the city with hundreds of employees. It is mostly just family and a few local workers who help out with the development tasks. Dealing with property and building things in Uttar Pradesh can be a bit of a struggle sometimes with all the rules and the heat, but we have been doing it for a bit now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on land near Auriya Road. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that, just this small setup in Kanpur. We just try to do the work that comes our way and stay busy enough to keep the lights on. It’s hard work, and sometimes the weather doesn't help, but that is just how it goes in the building trade.
