Avika Eco Developers Private Limited

We are located in Village Kakaulifazullaganj, right on STP Road. The office is at the late Sri Babu Lal’s place. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like being close to where the actual work happens. Avika Eco Developers Private Limited is our small operation. We focus a lot on developing things in a way that doesn’t ruin the local environment, which is why we have Eco in the name. It’s not just a fancy word for us; we actually try to think about the trees and the water around the village. The STP Road can get busy with trucks, but the village itself stays pretty calm. We spend a lot of time walking around the sites and checking on the progress of our projects. Usually, the office is just a place to store our boots and tools and look at the legal papers. We aren't interested in being a huge firm in a skyscraper. We like knowing the local workers and the families who have lived in Kakauli for generations. It feels good to be part of the community here. Every day brings a different problem to solve, whether it’s a delay in materials or the rain making the ground too soft to work on. We just deal with it as it comes and keep moving forward. It’s a slow process sometimes but it’s the right way to do things.
