Ankit Food Products

We are located at Plot No-324/277 in the Shahganj area, not far from the Saudagar Masjid. Ankit Food Products is a small local operation where we make a few different types of snacks and food items. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. Being near the masjid means there are always people walking by, so the area feels alive. We started with just one machine and a couple of big pots. Now we have a bit more equipment, but we still do a lot of things by hand because that’s just how we learned to do it. The smells from the kitchen carry out into the street, and sometimes kids stop by to see what we're making. It’s a family-run thing, and we all take turns with the different tasks like packing or cleaning. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Word of mouth in Shahganj is usually enough to keep us busy through the week. Fridays are a bit different because of the prayers nearby, so we often adjust our timing then. It's a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is humid, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on making things that our neighbors would want to buy for their own families. It’s simple, honest work that we take pride in doing every day.
