Yesare Builders & Properties Llp is based over in Omokeri, Panoor. We have our small setup at 7/281 and we’ve been working in the Thalassery area for a while. It’s a lot of property work and building projects for local families and some small businesses. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us sitting with a cup of tea and some blueprints. We like the local vibe here and try to keep our work honest and simple. Sometimes the materials are hard to get or the labor doesn't show up on a Monday, but we make it work somehow. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up some decent buildings in our town. Most of our projects are within a short drive from Panoor. We know the land and the people around here, which helps a lot. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you are out in the heat all day. But there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a house finished and a family moving in. We just take things as they come and try to do right by the people who hire us. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. If you need to find us, we are usually around the office or out at a site nearby checking on the walls. It’s just us, working hard every single day to get things done.
