Xtractor Spices

Out here in Kunhimangalam Village, specifically in the Madhai area of A V Mala, things are a bit slower. We are Xtractor Spices, and our place is at number 59. It’s a green area with lots of trees around. We focus on getting the spices ready, which involves a lot of waiting and drying. The weather matters a lot to us because if it’s too humid, nothing works right. We have a few local people from the village who come in to help during the busy seasons. It isn't a factory with hundreds of workers, just a small operation. We mostly talk about the crops and how the rain is doing. Sometimes the road to get here gets a bit bumpy after the monsoon, but people still find their way. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name and the work we do. The smell of the spices stays on your clothes even after you go home. My family has lived in this village for a long time, so we know everyone around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Some days are long, especially when we have a big batch of spices to process. But it's good to be working with your hands in a place like this. We don't need much else besides our tools and some decent weather.
