Vinod Textiles

You will find Vinod Textiles over in Thottada, near the post office in Kannur. It is a nice part of the world, not too far from the coast. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors all know who we are. Our daily life revolves around the textile trade. We have rolls of cloth stacked up in the corners and the smell of fresh fabric always in the air. The building itself is pretty basic, just a local structure that fits the area perfectly. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception desk with fresh flowers. Usually, someone is just sitting there with a ledger or a phone. Kannur has a long history with cloth, and we feel like a small part of that old tradition. The weather here can get quite humid, so we keep the doors open to catch any breeze that comes through from the outside. We talk to the post office folks every day and watch the local traffic pass by our front door. It’s a slow and steady kind of work. We aren't in a rush to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our work and keep the shop running smoothly for everyone. The floor is concrete, and the shelves are wooden and a bit worn down from years of use. It is a comfortable place for us to spend our days. We know the regulars.
