V-Five Developers is situated right on Nayanar Road in Thalassery, at number 453. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Thalassery is a place with a lot of history, and working as developers here means we see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhoods. Our day usually starts with checking on the current sites and seeing if the materials arrived on time. It’s not always easy because traffic or local holidays can slow things down quite a bit. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just a practical space where we can meet with contractors and look at the plans for the next project. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which isn't the fun part of the job, but it has to get done. We prefer being out where the actual construction is happening. We’ve seen a lot of houses and small buildings go up around here. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, especially when the monsoon hits hard, and we have to pause everything. That’s just life in Kerala. We try to be fair with everyone we work with, from the laborers to the people who are going to live in the buildings we develop. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything to keep the business moving along smoothly. We just take things as they come and try to keep progress moving.
