Tbs Developers Private Limited is located over in Taliparamba, specifically in the Karimbam area. Our office is in Thekkel House, which is quite close to SS College. We’ve been involved in developing and building for a few years now. It’s a small operation, mostly just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. We don't have a big fancy storefront or a team of salesmen. Most of our work comes from people in the Kannur district who know us. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting materials to the site and making sure the workers know what they’re doing. Thekkel House is where we keep all the records and maps. It gets pretty busy there during the peak building season. Dealing with the weather in Kerala is always part of the plan, especially when the rains start. We don't use much marketing; we just rely on finishing the work we started. It’s a practical business. We talk to people directly and try to solve problems as they come up. Being near the college means it’s an easy landmark for people to find us. We’ve stayed in Taliparamba because we know the land and the people here. We just want to keep doing our work without making a big fuss about it. That’s really all there is to Tbs Developers and how we spend our time.
