You can find Tapasya Ayurveda & Panchakarma Hospital on the 1st Floor of the Platinum Center. This is on Bank Road, which is a busy part of town. Since we are on the first floor, you have to come up the stairs or use the lift. The Platinum Center has a lot of offices, so there are always people moving about in the hallways. Our space has a distinct smell because of the oils and herbs we use. It’s a bit different from the smell of the city outside. We have several rooms set up for our sessions. The wooden tables are heavy and we have plenty of towels and linens that need washing every day. We spend a lot of time organizing the supplies that come in. The windows look out onto Bank Road, and we can see the buses passing by. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but most people don't mind. We have a small area where people sit and wait, and we keep some magazines there, though they are usually a bit old. The lighting is soft because we don't like those bright overhead tubes. It feels like a lived-in space. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything, just us making sure the rooms are ready. The daily routine is mostly about preparing the oils and keeping the schedule moving. It is a steady way to spend the day in the middle of the city.
