Our home base is C.H. House over in Farooque Nagar. We are located in Peruvalathuparamba, which is in the Kannur area. The building number is 91/B, Ward No 2. It’s a local operation here, and we mostly focus on development and different business ventures around Kerala. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, but we manage to stay pretty busy with the projects we take on. Most of the time, we are just working through the details of how to set up new business parks or looking at different land ventures. It involves a lot of driving around and talking to people on-site. The office in Kannur is where we regroup and handle all the registration and planning stuff. It can be a bit of a juggle sometimes, keeping all the different parts of a project moving at the same speed. We don’t really use fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just about finding good spots and making sure they are developed properly. We like the atmosphere in Peruvalathuparamba. It has a good feel to it, and it's a solid place to be based. People around here know us, and we try to keep things fairly informal and easygoing. There’s always a lot of work to be done, so we don’t spend much time sitting around. We just get on with the business of building and developing as best as we can.
