Down here in Post Parassinikadavu, things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. We’ve been operating Sulfex India for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day of the week. We get to the site early, usually before the sun gets too high and the humidity starts to kick in. Being tucked away in this part of the country means we know our neighbors and the people who work the surrounding land. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the production and all the paperwork. You can usually hear the machinery humming from the road when you walk by. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages, so there’s a lot of local talk during the lunch breaks. We deal with a lot of rubber and foam materials, which can get heavy and a bit messy depending on the weather. The trucks come and go on their own schedule, sometimes delayed by the heavy rain which happens quite a lot around here. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office parties. Most of the day is just spent making sure the orders are ready and the machines are running like they should be. It’s quiet in the evenings once the shift ends and everyone heads home. We just focus on what we have to do and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
