Srerosh Properties

We are Srerosh Properties, and you can find us at Karammal House in Muttannur. It’s under the Pattannur post office in the Kannur district of Kerala. Being out here in a place like Muttannur means things are a bit slower than in the big cities, which we actually prefer. Our office is basically part of the house, so it feels very much like a local family-run setup. We handle different kinds of property matters around this part of Kannur. People around here know the Karammal family name, so they just walk in when they have questions about land or houses. We don’t have a big staff or a fleet of branded cars. Most of the time, we are just sitting at the wooden table talking to neighbors or checking some land records. The greenery around here is nice, but it makes it hard to keep the office clean from all the leaves and dust that blow in. We use simple ledgers for most of our notes. It’s not a high-tech operation, but we know the area very well. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know which plots are good and which ones have issues with the rain. If you’re driving through Pattannur, you’ll see our place eventually. It’s just a regular house where we do our business every day. We don’t have big signs, just a small one to let people know they are at the right spot.
