Spectrum Associates

Started out here in Parassinikadavu near the Mami Quarters a while back. It’s a quiet enough spot in Tavalapara, not too far from the main road but enough away to get things done without too much noise. We spend most of our days just handling the usual paperwork and looking after what needs doing for our clients at Spectrum Associates. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of coffee being made in the back. People stop by sometimes just to drop off papers or ask a quick question about something they’re working on. Most of us grew up around here or at least in Kannur, so we know the area pretty well. The humidity gets to us in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a regular job, really. We come in early, sort through the mail, answer some calls, and try to make sure everything is in order before we head home for dinner. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains heavy, which happens a lot in Kerala, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running smooth and help out the folks who rely on us here in the P.O. area. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We hope the rain stops soon today because the walk home is long.
