Sobha Project & Trade

Our place is called Haripriya House, and it is located in Kannur, Kerala. If you are familiar with the 670691 area code, then you know exactly the kind of quiet neighborhood we are in. Sobha Project & Trade is what we call our business, and it is a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with elevators and glass walls. Haripriya House is a real place where we sit down and figure out the trades and projects for the week. Kannur has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that rhythm. The weather can be quite damp with the heavy rains we get here, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the physical files don't get ruined by the moisture. We are just a group of people who have been working together for a long time. There isn’t a boss who sits in a separate room; we are all usually just in the main area talking things through over a snack. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do because trade is just trade. You buy things, you sell things, and you manage projects as they come to you. It is simple, everyday work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us having some local tea and looking over the ledgers while the overhead fans spin.
