Sinarch Builders Private Limited

Sinarch Builders Private Limited is a local building company located in Kakkayangad, Kannur. Our main spot is at Sini Nivas in Pala. We have been part of the Kannur community for a while now, and we mostly focus on residential buildings. If you walk around Pala, you might see some of the houses we have worked on over the years. We started Sinarch because we wanted to have a hand in how our town was being built. It is mostly about coordinating with local carpenters, electricians, and masons to get a house from just a drawing to a place where a family can move in. It is not always easy, especially when prices for materials go up or when we can't find enough skilled hands during the harvest season. We spend a lot of time at Sini Nivas going over blueprints and talking to clients who are usually our neighbors or friends of friends. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing or big signs. Usually, someone sees a house we finished and asks who did the work, and that is how we get our next job. We like the personal touch of being able to talk directly to the person who is going to live in the house. It makes the hard days on the construction site feel like they are actually worth the effort in the end.
