Our center is located in Kannur on the second floor of the Prestige Centre, at NO. SB 666-46/3034. It is a place where we focus on Ayurveda and yoga together. We have some hospital facilities and a section dedicated to holistic research too. Kerala is a good place for this kind of work because of the tradition here. The building itself is busy, but once you get up to the second floor, things are a bit quieter. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just us doing the research and helping patients with yoga and traditional treatments. The rooms are basic but they do the job. Sometimes the hallways get a bit cluttered with supplies, but we try to keep the treatment areas tidy for everyone. We have been in the Prestige Centre for a while now, and most locals know the spot. We don’t spend much time on fancy advertising. Most of our day is spent with patients or looking into Ayurvedic methods. It is a lot of hard work, especially keeping up with the research part. We just try to provide a space where people can come for their health needs in a traditional way. If you are looking for us, the stairs are probably faster than the lift during lunch hours. We are just a local hospital trying to do things right and stay focused on our work here.
