Sea Star Properties, Kannur

We are Sea Star Properties, and we work out of Chingan House. It’s located in Panamkavu, which is in the Chirakkal area of Kannur. Being in Kerala, we have a lot of greenery around us. The office is really just a house that we’ve converted for our use. It has a very local feel to it. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Kannur property scene pretty well. We don’t use flashy brochures or corporate slogans. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the community. Chirakkal is a nice place to be based. We get our mail at the Panamkavu P.O. It’s a quiet life here, away from the big city noise. We spend our days talking to people and looking at different sites. The office is casual. You might find a few umbrellas by the door because of the rain. We don't have a formal reception. Usually, one of us will just look up from a desk when someone walks in. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get everything done on time. We like the way things are set up here. It’s honest work and we don't feel the need to pretend to be anything we aren't. Just a local business in a local house, doing our bit for the people in Kannur. We take things one day at a time here.
