Sanjeevani Multi Speciality Ayurveda Hospital & Yoga Center

We are located right opposite Josgiri Hospital. It’s a handy spot because people already know where that is, so they just look across the road to find us. This place is a bit different because we mix the multi-speciality medical stuff with Ayurveda and yoga. It’s not one of those trendy wellness retreats you see on the internet. It’s a real hospital where people come for actual health problems. You’ll often smell the herbs and oils we use for the Ayurvedic treatments, which is a lot nicer than the usual bleach smell of a clinic. The yoga center part is usually busy in the early mornings before the sun gets too high and it gets too hot. We have mats laid out and folks from the neighborhood come in to stretch and breathe. It’s a bit of a slower pace here compared to the big emergency hospitals, but that’s the way we like it. The building is simple, nothing fancy, just clean rooms and a space for the yoga sessions. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a PR team. Most of our patients come because someone told them about us or they saw the sign while going to Josgiri. It’s a very local operation. We just focus on the treatments and making sure people feel a bit better when they leave than when they walked in. It feels more like a community center than a clinic sometimes.
