Our office is located at XIII-449, right within the Kannur Corporation area in the Pallikkunnu Zonal. It’s a busy part of town, but we’ve managed to carve out a little space for Salisons Developers. We’ve been in Kannur for years, so we’ve seen the town grow and change quite a bit. The office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a practical place where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with building or land. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't the type of people to use big words or make grand promises. We just look at what needs to be done and try to figure out the best way to do it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and site visits. The team here is small, mostly just a few people who have been doing this for a long time. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. We just rely on doing the work and letting people talk. If you’re in the Pallikkunnu area, you can just stop by the zonal office vicinity and you’ll find us. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site. It’s a simple life, just keeping the business moving along. We have our routine and it seems to work out for us and the people we help with their land.
