We are Rvgs Developers Private Limited and we are based out of East Kadirur, near the Tellicherry Surya area in Kannur. It is a decent spot to be, away from the worst of the city traffic but still close enough to get things done. Our office is a simple place where we keep our boots, tools, and all the records for our projects. Building homes and other structures in Tellicherry means you have to understand the local ground and how the heavy rains affect the soil. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various sites around the district. The humidity here can be really draining, especially during the summer months, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the day. We are a small group and we don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to answer phones in a scripted way. If someone calls, they get one of us. We talk to the masons, check the price of steel every morning, and try our best to stay on schedule even when things go wrong. Sometimes the materials are late or the workers are busy elsewhere, and we just have to find a way to make it work. Most people in Kadirur know where we are if they need to build something. We just look at the plans and see if the work is something we can realistically handle.
