Renco

Renco is the name on the door and we are located at Chandroth House in the Thiruvangad area of Thalassery. It is a local house that we use for our business. Thalassery is a place with a lot of history, and working out of a house like this feels right for us. We don't have a big corporate sign or a glass front. It is just a regular building where we get our work done. The post office nearby is Thiruvangad, so that is where our mail goes. We have a few rooms set up with desks and cupboards for all our files. It is usually quiet here, except for the occasional sound of a motorcycle passing by on the street outside. We are a small group of people who have known each other for a long time. We handle different kinds of tasks depending on what is needed that day. There is no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved or a phone needs to be answered, whoever is closest just does it. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the work as we go. It is a honest way to spend the day. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Kerala. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families in the evening.
