Pmj Builders And Developers Private is located in a place called Paluvelil House, which is CP-X/256 in the Ammankulam Post area of Chapparapadavu. Being up here in Kannur gives us a different perspective on building compared to the big cities. Our office is basically part of a house, which makes it feel very much like a local, community-based operation. We don’t have any of those glass-fronted offices or fancy boardrooms. Instead, we have a comfortable space where we sit down and talk through our plans for various development projects in the area. Chapparapadavu is a quiet spot, and we like it that way because it allows us to focus on the details of our work without too many distractions. Most of the people we work with are our neighbors or folks from the next village over. We’ve grown up in this part of Kerala, so we understand the land and the kind of homes people want to build here. The office is often full of the sounds of the neighborhood, and people sometimes just stop by for a chat or to ask a quick question about a project. We keep our records in simple folders and our plans on the wall. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it has worked for us so far. We just take one project at a time and try to do an honest day’s work for the local community.
