At Pentascribe International, we work out of a place called Ameena Villa. It is located in the Chirakkara area of Thalassery, which is in the Kannur district of Kerala. Our pin code is 670104. It is a beautiful part of the country to live and work in. We mainly do transcription and writing services for people all over. It’s a lot of sitting with headphones on and typing away for hours. Because we are in a villa, it doesn't feel like a standard office at all. It’s more relaxed, and we can hear the birds outside when it’s quiet. We have been doing this for a while and have a small group of people who are really good at what they do. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us by word of mouth or by looking for services in Kerala. We try to be very careful with our work because people rely on us for accuracy. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, but we have backups to keep the computers running. We are just regular people who enjoy writing and staying organized. Thalassery is a nice town, and we are glad to be a part of it. We don't use any fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just keep it simple and get the writing done as requested every time.
