We are located over at Evergreen Manzil in Chirakkara, right on the second floor. That is where Pappayas Digital Marketing Llp is based. It’s a pretty straightforward space without any of the flashy stuff you see in big cities. Most of us here just like the local feel of the neighborhood. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which can get pretty busy in the afternoons with people going about their business. Chirakkara is a place we know well, and it feels right to have the office here. We didn't want a huge corporate building with high rent. Evergreen Manzil has its own character, even if it’s just a regular building to most. We spend our days at our desks, working through lists and talking about what needs to get done for our clients. It’s not always quiet, but it’s a productive kind of noise. There are a few of us here, and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of climbing those stairs every morning. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a lobby with leather chairs. It’s just an office where people work. We do digital marketing, so mostly we are just looking at screens and typing away. If you walk by Evergreen Manzil, you might not even notice us up there on the second floor, but we are there every weekday. It’s a small operation, and that is how we like to keep things for now. Just a local team in a local building, doing our daily tasks without much fuss.
